2.Artwork & Design Materials:

Design elements, stock images, and artwork may be sourced from licensed free-stock platforms such as Pexels.com or other royalty-free providers.

While WarnaCetak ensures that only materials marked as free for commercial use are used, customers should note:

• Such materials are non-exclusive and may also be used by other parties.

• Customers who require exclusive or premium-licensed images may request them (additional costs may apply).

3.Customer Responsibility:

• Customers must ensure they have the legal right or license to use any logos, images, or materials they provide to WarnaCetak.

• WarnaCetak, as a sub-brand of Hery Intelligent Technology (IP0549884-A), is not liable for copyright or trademark disputes related to customer-supplied materials.

4.Limitations & Disclaimer:

• WarnaCetak provides AI-generated content and stock-based artwork as part of our creative service, but final responsibility for usage, compliance, and accuracy rests with the customer.

• Neither WarnaCetak nor Hery Intelligent Technology (IP0549884-A) shall be held liable for misuse, misrepresentation, or third-party claims relating to provided content or designs.
