1.Use of WarnaCetak Brand:

• The WarnaCetak name, logo, and designs are the exclusive property of Hery Intelligent Technology (IP0549884-A).

• Our brand may not be copied, modified, or used without prior written permission.

• Third-party use of the WarnaCetak brand, including logos or materials for advertising, partnerships, or promotions, requires prior approval from Hery Intelligent Technology.

2.Customer Branding & Artwork:

• Customers retain full ownership of all logos, designs, and branding materials submitted to us for printing or design work.

• WarnaCetak will only use customer branding for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

• We will never resell, reuse, or publish customer designs without explicit permission.

3.Intellectual Property Rights:

• Customers must ensure they have the legal rights to use any artwork, logos, or branding materials submitted.

• Hery Intelligent Technology (through WarnaCetak) will not be responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided materials.

4.Quality & Consistency:

• WarnaCetak is committed to reproducing customer branding accurately and professionally, following the approved design files.

• We strive to match colors, fonts, and layouts as closely as possible, within industry printing standards.

5.Misuse of Branding:

Customers may not use the WarnaCetak brand in a way that:

• Misrepresents our company

• Damages our reputation, or

• Suggests false endorsement without permission

• Any misuse of the WarnaCetak brand or the unauthorized use of another party’s branding will not be tolerated and may result in legal action.
